A Little Rundown…
Here’s a rundown of the some of things that the Cheeky Blokes and Tradie Ladies can do for you! As you can see from the descriptions below, its quite a lot, however, if you want something else done around the house (or outside the house, or on the roof, or the basement, or down the road, or at a friends, or during the night….) and its a little unique, feel free to ask.
We’re here to help and part of helping is making sure we look after you. If we can’t find the right person, we’ll point you in the right direction. - That, we guarantee.
Renovating to sell or maybe just for you?
We can work with you to update your property to sell or to give it a new lease on life! From re-painting to re-finishing floorboards and re-grouting floors we can give your home a whole new look. We can arrange new kitchen cupboard doors, new fixtures, design construct and install new doors for indoor/outdoor living spaces and much much more!
Any ideas you have, we are happy to work with you so that you can achieve whatever it is you are hoping for at an affordable cost. The ‘Before’ and ‘After’ shots on your left was completed in 7 days and was a complete transformation in preparation for the sale (professional clean included).
Think of us as your ‘One Stop Shop’.
Mounting / Installation / Handyman
We all have those things sitting around the house that we have been putting off doing since Aunty Joan gave it to you last Christmas. Well, here’s your chance. Photos, paintings, connecting cables, TV’s on the wall, Netflix cables, Apple TV, You name it, we can mount it, install it, connect it, direct it, push it, pull it and erect it…. (I know that sounds a little.. well.. um… cheeky, but you get the gist).
Mounting and general handyman tasks begin at $45 per hour. (2 hour minimum)
Furniture Pick Up / Assembly / Clean outs! / Third Party Sales.
So you’re moving in, or moving out, or renovating and you want furniture sold, new furniture bought, picked up, assembled, old furniture removed - well, you get the picture. Our lads can do the lot! We have vehicles and our Blokes and Ladies are as strong as Ox’s. We can sell it for you, drop it somewhere, get rid of it (Furniture Clean Out! Guidelines) or pick up and deliver and assemble that new couch to your lounge, if thats the order of the day. We understand time is tight and sometimes you just have to make decisions quickly and you need action - Now!
Furniture Pick Up /Assembly begins at $50 per hour (3 hours minimum per person plus $90 flat fee with a van).
Moving / Packing / Storage
So, that house you’ve always wanted to buy has just come up around the corner and you’re moving….next week! ARGH! We can move, hold, store, pack, unpack, deliver and get you a coffee whilst we’re down the road. Fear not, DownUnder is packed with know how and as ‘keen as mustard’ to get it done when you need. Give us a tingle and we’ll pop over.
Moving / Storage / Packing begins at $50 per hour. If you need your gear stored then we would give you a package deal. Just let us know.
Landscaping / Yard Maintenance
Saturday morning arrives, you walk outside on a gorgeous Summers day to sit and enjoy waking up with coffee in hand…. and your garden looks like an Amazonian jungle. Your dog walks out to go for a wander and gets lost in the 9 foot high weeds. You whisper to your self - “Enough - is - Enough”. This is where we come in. We can design a new garden, clear it, build a new Pergola, lay some stones, plant a vegetable patch or whatever you need to make sure that next time you want to go to the jungle, you’ll need to fly to Brazil.
Landscaping / Yard Maintenance begins at $50 per hour (minimum of 3 hours). Design and construction can be completed with a job fee. If you require anything removed please let us know as we can arrange a van.
Butler / Driving Service / Personal Assistance
Not only do our Blokes look pretty damn good on a work site but you should see them when they Butler up in a suit! Now you’re talking. As the title suggests, we can drive you, accompany you, waiter for you or anything that you need for a spankingly suave gentleman in a suit or tux to do. The gents are ready and waiting (pun not intended).
Butler / Driving Service begins at $35 per hour (minimum of 3 hours).
General Tasks / Cleaning / Client Errands
This is the section that is quite broad and this is where the ‘Bespoke’ comes into it. As the gentleman to your left in the photo suggests, we can pretty much undertake anything that needs to be done - Errands, Cleaning, Dropping off, Picking up, Walking the dog, Ordering for you, Researching for you, Home Organisation - and much much more. The main thing here is that you let us know what it is you’d like, and we’ll work out a way to get it done.
Cleaning begins at $45 per hour (minimum 2 hours). Dog Walking begins at $20 per hour. Snow Removal begins at $40 per hour.
